Our Experience
Our team has been buying and managing real estate for over a decade. We have experience in all aspects of the real estate industry. Our main focus is returning distressed/rundown properties to the rental.

What We Do
We buy single or multifamily properties. We then renovate and rent to Bridgeport residents and Section 8 tenants. Some properties we will lease option or sell to clients at discounted rates. We like to focus on providing affordable houses, whether it be for renters or buyers.
